The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical, methodological and applied principles of managing the system development of health care institutions.
The object of the study is the process of managing the system development of health care institutions, and the subject is the theoretical and methodological basis of the research, the methodological tools of analysis, institutional support, tools and means of managing the system development of health care institutions.
The conceptual basis was improved and a methodical approach was developed to determine the parameters of the system development of the organization by expanding its composition due to the addition of volumes, efficiency and effectiveness of management with characteristics of contribution to the improvement of: (1) the socio-economic system of the organization, (2) its structural stability, (3) external corporate responsibility; the application of such a method made it possible to expand and approve the composition of functional directions of system development, including taking into account the specifics of the functioning of health care institutions.
The conceptual characteristics of the concept and management of the system development of the organization have gained further development, namely, the author's approach is distinguished by the identification and consideration of the features of management in the field of activity of health care institutions, which made it possible to form a set of interconnected elements and, accordingly, build an algorithm for managing the system development of health care institutions.
A methodical approach to the analysis of the systemic development of health care institutions has been developed, in particular, in contrast to mostly the characteristics of income, profit and profitability, the author's method of integral measurement has been developed and tested.
In order to identify problematic aspects, as well as to calculate the composite index of system development of the health care institutions analyzed in the study, the author's methodical approach was developed, which involves the decomposition of system development into its structural components (financial and economic stability, production and economic efficiency, investment and marketing, material and technical and intellectual and personnel development), selection of appropriate indicators that characterize them, determination of weighting coefficients of indicators and structural components, calculation of composite indices of components and generalizing index of system development of health care institutions.
The toolkit for strategic planning of the policy of managing the system development of health care institutions has been improved.
The toolkit for determining the institutional support for the management of the system development of the organization is substantiated by changing the approach to identifying its composition and structure.
The means of indirect integrated intra-corporate influence on the activation and rational course of systemic development processes are determined.
