Shulgina O. Development of legal culture of pedagogical staff of vocational education centers of the State Employment Service.

The dissertation research is devoted to the problem of development the legal culture of pedagogical staff of vocational education centers of the State Employment Service. The purpose of the study was to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the model of development of the legal culture of pedagogical staff of vocational education centers of the State Employment Service. The object of the dissertation research is the process of development of the legal culture of pedagogical staff of vocational education centers of the State Employment Service; the subject is the pedagogical conditions for the development of the legal culture of pedagogical staff of vocational education centers of the State Employment Service. The scientific novelty and theoretical significance of the research results is that the author: – For the first time, a model for the development of the legal culture of pedagogical staff of vocational education centers of the State Employment Service was developed and experimentally tested. The pedagogical conditions for the development of the legal culture of pedagogical staff of vocational education centers of the State Employment Service are defined and generalized; the levels (high, medium, sufficiently low) and criteria (motivational and value, cognitive, emotional and psychological, behavioral) for the development of legal culture of pedagogical staff of vocational education centers of the State Employment Service are determined; – the essence, content and structure of the legal culture of pedagogical staff of vocational education centers of the State Employment Service are clarified; – the essence of the concepts of “culture”, “legal culture”, “legal culture of pedagogical staff of vocational education centers of the State Employment Service” is specified; – the system of scientific approaches (synergistic, systemic, situational, competence, personal, activity) was further developed and principles (continuity; problematic; variability; systematic; experience-oriented; self-education; dialogic), forms and means of organizing training sessions (in the system of professional development and non-formal education) to develop the legal culture of pedagogical staff of vocational education centers of the State Employment Service. The model of development of the legal culture of pedagogical staff of vocational education centers of the State Employment Service and the technology 16 of its implementation are experimentally tested.
