The dissertation is devoted to solving an important scientific and practical problem in the field of psychology-conducting a professional analysis of the activities of pyrotechnics of the state emergency service of Ukraine. The purpose of the study is to make a comprehensive assessment of the organizational, legal and individual psychological characteristics of the activities of specialists of pyrotechnic divisions of the OPS of the Central State Emergency Service to carry out a professional description of this profession. The object of research is the professional activity of specialists of pyrotechnic divisions of the state emergency service of Ukraine. The subject of the research is socio–psychological and individual typological features of professional activity of specialists of pyrotechnic divisions of the state emergency service of Ukraine. The introduction provides a general description of the dissertation work. The relevance of the dissertation topic is substantiated, the purpose of the work and the main tasks of the research are formulated, and the connection of work with scientific programs is shown. Data on the applicant's personal contribution, approbation of the work and publication are provided. In the first section of the, a theoretical analysis of psychological sources on the issues of professionographic analysis of activities within the framework of Labor psychology is carried out, which highlights the main approaches, concepts and provisions for determining professionally important qualities of an employee and creating professionograms. The analysis of modern psychological research on professionographic analysis of activity has shown that for the study of activity, a complex method is professionography, which is a description of the objective characteristics of the profession, functions and processes of professional activity. The second section describes a sample of 130 pyrotechnics of the state emergency service from different regions of Ukraine, namely Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Lviv, Mykolaiv, Donetsk, Luhansk, Cherkasy, Sumy and Kiev regions. The sample was distributed depending on the length of service in the position of pyrotechnics. The selection of research methods was based on statistical data on their validity, reliability and differentiation to determine the individual psychological professional qualities of pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service. The third chapter defines the features of professional activity of pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service. The analysis of standard operational procedures and regulatory regulation of activities allowed us to identify vulnerabilities in the functional purpose of pyrotechnics. Pyrotechnics activities occur in extreme conditions and are accompanied by a state of uncertainty and lack of information. Pyrotechnic crews are involved in the removal of explosive objects from different places – sometimes this feature of the activity complicates and leads to an increase in danger, performing a mission for humanitarian demining of de-occupied territories. A mathematical model for predicting the effectiveness of professional activity of a pyrotechnic specialist when performing tasks for their intended purpose has been developed. It is determined that the main professional qualities of a pyrotechnic specialist for successful performance of activities are qualities related to psychophysiological processes, cognitive processes and the emotional-volitional component. Scientific novelty of the results obtained. 1. for the first time: - on the basis of a comprehensive study, a professional description of the activities of specialists of pyrotechnic divisions of the ORF of the Central State Emergency Service was carried out and their professionally important qualities was identified; - a psychogram of a pyrotechnic specialist of the state emergency service of Ukraine has been developed. 2.clarified: psychodiagnostic tools for professional psychological selection of candidates for pyrotechnics of the state emergency service of Ukraine. 3.further developed: approaches to psychological support of professional activities of extreme specialists. The practical significance of the results obtained is to improve the procedure for professional and psychological selection for the profession of pyrotechnics, determine the main and secondary individual psychological and professionally important qualities that are put forward to candidates for training and service in the profession of pyrotechnics of the state emergency service of Ukraine. The developed psychogram of a pyrotechnic specialist can be used by human resources departments and other departments engaged in the selection of employees for training and further service in the profession of a pyrotechnic specialist, institutions of higher education of the state emergency service of Ukraine when selecting cadets for training.
