Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the solution of a scientific and practical task - increasing the degree of information presentation completeness regarding the processes occurring in urban cyber-physical systems through the models, methods and information technologies development to support decision-making during the digital services creation. The introduction substantiates the dissertation topic relevance, indicates the work connection with scientific directions and scientific research concepts, formulates the purpose and the research tasks , defines the research object, subject and methods, shows the scientific novelty and the obtained results practical significance, provides information about the practical use, results approbation and their coverage in publications. The first chapter describes the basic information and communication technologies set used for the smart cities projects practical implementation, analyzes the their development key directions, and forms their classification. The reasons for complicating the processes of creating unique information and technological structures for smart cities managing cyber-physical systems are singled out. A smart cities functional model has been formed. Information systems and surveillance and regulation models of smart buildings air quality indicators have been studied. In the second chapter, for the first time, a model of the network platform information technology architecture for supporting smart cities cyber-physical systems objects was formed. The information-technological set structure for the formation of services and applications was formed, which made it possible to develop a method of forming information-technological sets for digital services and services based on the smart cities cyber-physical systems and ensured the design, development and deployment processes coordination of smart services and applications. The cyber-physical systems structure for surveillance and regulating the air environment of smart buildings and premises has been developed. Based on the analysis of service provision models by fog computing means, a DaaS structural model was developed for the network level of the information technology platform supporting smart cities cyber-physical objects, which made it possible to form an NDN network. In the third chapter, the forming data warehouses model based on data lakes was further developed, which made it possible to organize effective information storage procedures for cyber-physical urban systems objects in the conditions of increasing volumes and rapidity of data sets and collections and increasing requirements for the their storage processes productivity. A data lakes formalized description was developed to accompany objects of smart cities cyber-physical systems, which made it possible to ensure the obtaining new knowledge processes flow. A metadata management model of cyber-physical system objects based on data lakes and hypercubes has been developed. The information technology of multidimensional analysis of metadata characterizing the smart cities cyber-physical systems processes course has been developed. The classification and parameterization of a categories and attributes set for the processes description in urban cyber-physical systems has been carried out. A data lakes conceptual structure has been developed, which expands the design, creation and implementation understanding of digital services. In the fourth section, an information technology set was developed for surveillance and regulating air quality indicators digital services. Based on the information technology architecture model of the network platform for supporting objects of smart cities cyber-physical systems, a foggy cluster was formed. On the the computing architecture model basis of the smart city network platform and the metadata management model of smart cities cyber-physical systems objects, the cloud infrastructure deployment was carried out, which made it possible to carry out a practical test of the information technology of multidimensional analysis of smart cities cyber-physical systems supporting objects metadata. In the digital services designing prototypes process, two integrated information systems were formed to support the processes of surveillance and regulating air quality indicators.
