The object of the study is the process of physical therapy for posture disorders in the sagittal plane, flat feet, obesity. The purpose of the study is theoretical substantiation, development and verification of the effectiveness of a complex program of physical therapy for students with postural disorders in the sagittal plane, flat feet, and obesity, aimed at improving the functional reserves of their body.Research methods The analysis of special and scientific-methodical literature made it possible to determine the relevance of the problem of physical therapy of students with postural disorders in the sagittal plane, flat feet, and obesity, which made it possible to justify the topic, task and choice of research methods. The following indicators were quantitatively evaluated: to characterize the general state of the body, students' complaints were determined, the level of physical activity according to the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ), the functional capabilities of the musculoskeletal system according to the Functional Movement Screen, wrist and postural strength, quality of life according to EQ-5D-5L; the state of adipose tissue was characterized by body weight, body mass index, measurements of girth sections of hips and waist and their ratio, component composition of the body by bioimpedanceometry; ndicators of the functioning of the spinal structures were determined by tests of its flexibility (foot position and gait tests of the chin-sternum, Ott, Sedin, Schober, Tomayer); as the function of foot structures and related, in particular, balance functions, the Friedland index and stabilometry indicators were determined.
Theoretical and practical significance. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the creation of a scientifically based complex program of physical therapy for students with obesity, postural disorders in the sagittal plane and flat feet, which contributed to the expansion of the functional reserves of their body - improving the quality of life, dynamics of motor function, increasing motor activity, improving anthropometric parameters, increasing the flexibility of the spine, improving the height of the arch of the foot. The practical developments of the dissertation research were used in the practical activities of the Center for Restorative Medicine and Rehabilitation "ARAVMED", the Rehabilitation Center of St. Yudy-Tadeya, in particular, improved methods of physical therapy for patients with postural disorders in the sagittal plane, flat feet, obesity, which is confirmed by acts of implementation. The theoretical and methodological developments of the research are used in the educational process of the department of general practice - family medicine and rehabilitation of the Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University, in particular in the lecture course of the disciplines "Physical rehabilitation with comorbid pathology", the department of physical therapy, occupational therapy of the Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University (lecture course of the discipline "Clinical management in traumatology and orthopedics"), which is confirmed by the act of implementation. The program can be the basis for ensuring effective rehabilitation work among students, patients with combined pathology, as well as persons with obesity, flat feet and postural disorders in the sagittal plane as separate conditions. At the same time, it can be used in the work practice of physical therapists, occupational therapists, doctors of functional and rehabilitation medicine, and other specialists of the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team of rehabilitation departments. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the substantiation of the scientific and theoretical foundations of the creation of a physical therapy program for students with posture disorders in the sagittal plane, flat feet and obesity from the standpoint of improving the functional reserves of their body. For the first time: a comprehensive program of physical therapy for students with obesity, postural disorders and flat feet was developed, the defining features of which are the performance of therapeutic exercises of various orientations and functional training using the PROSEDOS platforms, manual influence (massage), kinesiological taping, nutrition modification (diet training) , patient education, which distinguishes it from conventional rehabilitation and physical therapy programs; for the first time, data were obtained on the peculiarities of the course of the combination of obesity, posture disorders in the sagittal plane and flat feet (separately for each condition and their general impact on the health of students) .
