Essay

The dissertation developed, theoretically justified and experimentally verified the effectiveness of the organizational and methodical principles of preparation of future vocal ensemble directors for creative interaction with a musical group. The state of preparation of future vocal ensemble directors for creative interaction with a musical group is analyzed. It has been established that creative interaction is a special interaction between the leader of the vocal ensemble and the members of the musical team, which is based on long-term, non-verbal-verbal personal contact of the leader with the singers. The essence of the main concepts of the research is defined and characterized. Based on the scientific understanding of the concepts "readiness for creative activity", "psychological readiness", "creative interaction", as well as taking into account the requirements for specialists in art education, the readiness of the leader of the vocal ensemble for creative interaction with the musical team is considered as a personal and professional integrated quality of a specialist, which reflects the formation of the motivational sphere, knowledge, mastery of the method of conducting classes and constructive and creative qualities, which is realized in subject-subject relations and a dialogic style of pedagogical communication. The component composition of the structure of readiness for the formation of creative interaction of the leader of the vocal ensemble with the performers is determined, which consists of four components: motivational, cognitive, activity, creative. The motivational component of readiness determines the orientation of the system of motives, needs and values of future specialists; the cognitive component contains a complex of professional knowledge, activation of cognitive activity, ensures the integrity of students' ideas about activities in the role of the head of a vocal ensemble; activity - contains a complex of professional skills, contributes to the enrichment of cognitive experience for solving certain theoretical and practical tasks; creative - determines the ability to perform specific professional tasks and consists of a set of different types of tasks. The criteria and indicators of readiness for creative interaction in the process of rehearsal work on a musical piece have been developed, which include: motivational and volitional with indicators: possession of a set of personal qualities of a vocal ensemble leader; inclination of the leader of the vocal ensemble to organizational activities; the presence of motivation to set up team members for creative interaction; cognitive and informational with indicators: expressed a desire to create comfortable conditions for the creative interaction of the manager with the ensemble singers; the degree of formation of the vocal ensemble leader's communication skills; creative - active with indicators: manifestation of a non-standard approach in the process of choosing an original vocal-ensemble artistic repertoire; the degree of the leader's interest in selecting an original and apt repertoire for the ensemble; constructive and creative with indicators: the ability to motivate the creative team to concert performances; the degree of mastery of various psychotechnological methods of interaction with team members.
