The object of the study is the process of physical therapy of women in the postpartum period after cesarean section. The purpose of the study is theoretical justification, development and verification of the effectiveness of a complex long-term program of physical therapy for women after cesarean section, aimed at improving the functional capabilities of women and their quality of life in the context of postpartum physical and mental changes.Research methods. Analysis of special and scientific and methodical literature; the following indicators were quantitatively evaluated: psychoemotional state (Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale), quality of life (SF-36), presence and intensity of dorsalgia (visual analog scale, Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire, Pregnancy Mobility Index), flexibility of the spine (Ott tests, Shober, Thomayer, Sedin), signs of pelvic floor dysfunction (tone and strength of the perineal muscles, questionnaires PFDI-20, PFIQ-7, FSFI-19), deterioration of physical status (Functional Movement Screen, PWC170 test, maximum oxygen consumption). The obtained materials of each stage of the research were processed by mathematical and statistical research methods.Theoretical and practical significance. consists in the creation of a scientifically based complex program of physical therapy for women in the postpartum period after cesarean section, which contributed to the improvement of mental and physical condition, work capacity, reduction of the severity of manifestations of pelvic floor muscle dysfunction and dorsalgia, improvement of quality of life. The practical developments of the dissertation research were used in the practical activities of the Center for Restorative Medicine and Rehabilitation "ARAVMED", the Rehabilitation Center of St. Yudi Thaddeus. The program can be used in the activities of physical therapists, occupational therapists, doctors of functional and rehabilitation medicine and other specialists of the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team of specialized rehabilitation departments and centers of general and obstetric and gynecological profile. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the substantiation of the scientific and theoretical foundations of the creation of a long-term program of physical therapy for women who underwent cesarean section from the standpoint of correcting their physical and mental state. For the first time, a comprehensive long-term program of physical therapy for women in the postpartum period after cesarean section was developed, the defining features of which are the performance of therapeutic exercises of various orientations and functional training using the "PROSEDOS" platforms, orthosis of the abdominal wall (in the early stages), kinesiotaping of the abdomen and back, manual exposure (abdominal and general massage); education of women, which distinguishes it from conventional programs of rehabilitation and physical therapy; received data on the features of the course of the long-term postpartum condition of women who underwent cesarean section, from the positions of a comprehensive examination in physical therapy and the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) (psycho-emotional and physical condition, pelvic floor muscle dysfunction, quality of life , physical condition and physical capacity, signs of dorsalgia - determination of changes in all domains of the ICF); a complex long-term program of physical therapy for women in the postpartum period after a cesarean section is built in accordance with the ICF, taking into account its main components and the characteristics of the individual condition of a woman, and the ultimate goal of restorative measures is aimed at the level of participation in life situations and / or professional activities.
