The dissertation is devoted to scientific research on the improvement of the workforce management system of pharmacy establishments using psychology and management. The coronavirus pandemic and martial law led to the need to improve the social and psychological climate in the workforce of the pharmacy. A literary analysis of the current state of research in the management system and sociopsychological features of the management activity of a pharmacy was conducted. Approaches to defining the concept of sociopsychological climate in the workforce are summarized. The theoretical foundations of the formation and management of the social-psychological climate in the workforce were studied, and the concept of management of the social-psychological climate in the workforce of a pharmacy was developed. The factors affecting the state of the social and psychological climate in the workforce of a pharmacy were studied. First time, a method of diagnosing the sociopsychological climate in a pharmacy was developed. The method of staff placement in a pharmacy and approaches to determining mobbing in the workforce of a pharmacy have been improved. First time, a model of organizational-psychological support for managing the social-psychological climate in a pharmacy and its monitoring system was developed and proposed within the framework of the dissertation research. A program for improving the social and psychological climate in the workforce of a pharmacy is proposed. A process model of trainings has been developed to improve the social and psychological climate in a pharmacy
