Essay

The current state of training touristic sector specialists by means of innovative technologies is explored in the dissertation. Based on the analysis of publications of educationalists and practitioners in the field of tourism revealed are discrepancies between employers’ expectations and the real state of training future experts in the tourism industry; represented and substantiated are pedagogical conditions for building professional competence of future specialists in tourism industry by means of innovative technologies; the relevant formation model is devised.
