Essay

In the dissertation, based on a theoretical generalization of modern scientific approaches to the study of socionomic professions and assertiveness of the individual, a comprehensive training program for the development of assertiveness in future specialists of the socionomic profile is proposed. The object of research is the assertiveness of the individual. The subject of the research is the psychological features of assertiveness of future specialists in the socionomic profile. The main goal of the work is to identify the psychological features of assertiveness of future specialists of the socionomic profile in professional interaction and to develop and implement on this basis a comprehensive training program for the development of assertiveness of future specialists of the socionomic profile. In order to achieve this goal, tasks were formed that reproduce the logic of the research process: to carry out a theoretical analysis of approaches to the determination of the specifics of professions of a socionomic profile and to identify their socio-psychological features that are decisive for the study of assertiveness ; to analyze the main directions of assertiveness research in foreign and domestic psychology and on this basis to establish the main attributes of assertiveness of specialists in the socionomic profile ; on the basis of the theoretical analysis of approaches to modeling assertiveness, develop a structural and dynamic model of the development of assertiveness of future specialists of the socionomic profile ; to reveal the psychological features of the personality of future specialists of the socionomic profile, which determine the level of their assertiveness ; r to develop and experimentally test the effectiveness of a complex program for the development of assertiveness of future specialists in the socionomic profile. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that : first : a number of definitions are proposed to characterize concepts related to socionomy : socionomy is defined as a state of society that is antagonistic to anomie, characterized by the effective functioning of social norms in the absence of contradictions between the goals of society and the means of achieving them available to its members ; socionomic activity is defined as the conscious activity of a social group or an individual with the aim of preventing the development of anomie in society; the system of socionomic relations is defined as a set of social relations and social interactions occurring in the process of carrying out socionomic activities; a socionomic profession is defined as a profession that, according to the division of labor, is intended to prevent anomie in society within the limits of its specific work position; between the assertiveness of an average individual and a socionomic profile specialist is indicated , which consists in the fact that the assertiveness of an average individual is determined only by the limits of the continuum from passivity to aggressiveness, and the assertiveness of a socionomic profile specialist is additionally limited by legal and deontological professional norms; Assertiveness of a specialist of a socionomic profile is defined as a personality characteristic that manifests itself in professional interaction as a confident, active, without undue anxiety response to the situation and the provision of immediate and adequate feedback within the limits of the existing regulatory and legal requirements in compliance with the rules of professional deontology, without showing aggressiveness and manipulation ; a structural-functional model for the development of assertiveness of future specialists of the socionomic profile was developed and operationalized , as it consists of cognitive, behavioral and regulatory components; clarified: psychological features of the individual, which determine the assertiveness or non-assertiveness of the future specialist of the socionomic profile in relation to each component of the structurally functional model of the development of the assertiveness of the future specialist of the socionomic profile; received further development: the use of training technologies to promote the professional formation and development of future specialists in the socionomic profile.
