Essay

The scientific novelty of the obtained results of the dissertation research is that for the first time: the main pedagogical conditions for the formation of entrepreneurial competence of future bachelors in business economics in the process of professional training are defined and substantiated, the conceptual foundations of which are the unity of competence, system, person-oriented, environmental, activity, axiological, informational and technological scientific approaches; model of the formation of entrepreneurial competence of future bachelors in business economics in the process of professional training was designed, which reveals the logic of achieving the planned results, determines the methodology of the researched process, establishes functional and role dependencies between structural components, visualizes the stages of pedagogical actions (motivational and informational stage, formative stage, as a result -corrective stage) and consists of four interconnected blocks (methodological-target, subject, content-technological, diagnostic-resultative); method of purposeful formation of entrepreneurial competence of future bachelors in business economics in the process of professional training has been developed, which comprehensively combines the potential of productive traditional learning with the didactic possibilities of interactive pedagogical technologies, forms of problem-based, developmental learning and self-educational activities (in particular, Internet self-education), development of entrepreneurial knowledge, abilities, skills, entrepreneurial values and personal qualities of higher economic education graduates; the diagnostic toolkit for assessing the levels of formation of entrepreneurial competence of future business economics bachelors in the process of professional training has been improved in accordance with substantiated criteria: value-motivational, informational-cognitive, operational-activity, personal-self-evaluative, volitional; the content of the concept of «entrepreneurial competence of future bachelors in enterprise economics» gained further development; development consists in concretizing a set of knowledge (economic, legal, social), skills (choose effective business ideas, methods of planning and forms of project implementation), skills (manage and control the processes of performing business tasks), personal qualities (responsibility, willingness to take risks , endurance, purposefulness, creativity, the desire to create capital, ambition, thrift, obligation, erudition), balanced combination of which ensures the successful implementation of entrepreneurial activities for the growth of one's own well-being, improvement of the image and development of the enterprise.
