Strelchuk S. Improvement of technical and tactical actions of taekwondo athletes at the stage of specialized basic training

Scientific novelty of the obtained results: - a program for improving the technical and tactical actions of 12-13-year-old taekwondo athletes was developed for the first time, taking into account the individual style of fighting (game, tempo, strength), which contains: the purpose of the program, the tasks and content of training classes, the volume of work depending on the stage of preparation, criteria efficiency; - for the first time, the integral indicators of technical and tactical actions in the competitive activity of taekwondo athletes of specified weight categories were determined, namely the number of points won and lost, the quality coefficient, the number of effective actions won and lost, the coefficient of technical preparation and the effectiveness of technique, the number of effective actions per match and the average number of points for effective action; - for the first time, the structure of technical and tactical actions of taekwondo athletes in competitive activities (frequency of use of techniques, groups of techniques, number of blows) before and after changes in competition rules was determined; - expanded and confirmed data on the level of general, special and technical-tactical training and the relationship between the physical and technical-tactical training of taekwondo athletes at the stage of specialized basic training; - the data regarding the use of means and methods of technical and tactical training of taekwondo athletes at the stage of specialized basic training have gained further development; - got a further development of ideas about the peculiarities of the training of sportsmen in martial arts.
