Essay

The scientific qualification work presents a solution to an actual scientific and practical task: optimization of the long-term training of football players taking into account the factors of sports migration, which was achieved through the development and implementation of the author's technology for managing the direct training of football players for official competitions at the national and international levels. The structure and content of multi-year sports training determine the objective criteria of various aspects of football players' preparation. Global factors of sports migration affect the sports improvement of football players, which requires the correction of modern methodological approaches and technologies for training football players for official competitions. Therefore, the study of the prerequisites of sports migration (financial and economic, legal, social, etc.) and regulatory norms of the UAF, UEFA and FIFA contributed to the determination of the current state of the process of sports training in football and the need for its correction. In the first chapter of the dissertation, topical issues related to the study, generalization and systematization of scientific data are considered, which detail the justification of the components of the management system for the long-term training of athletes in football, taking into account the factors of sports migration, namely: the study of modern trends in the development of football in the context of the influence of global factors: migration football players and their concentration in the leading national championships (leagues, national associations), professionalization and socialization of football players, commercialization and politicization of official national and international competitions - national championships and cups, European and world championships, Olympic Games, League of Nations, European and world competitions club level – UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Conference League, FIFA Club World Cup, etc.; study of the impact of migration processes on the management system of long-term training of football players and development of ways to improve it: prerequisites for the emergence of migration processes (socio-economic, cultural, religious, ethnic factors, etc.); analysis of the factors of international migration of football players and the quantitative dynamics of the presence of "migrant" football players in the teams of leading European football leagues - Barclays Premier League (England), Primera Division (Spain), Fußball-Bundesliga (Germany), Lega Nazionale Professionisti Serie A TIM (Italy) , Le championship de France de football (France) with actual data on the mechanisms of international sports migration with further legalization of the activities of the relevant player transfer networks and improvement of the requirements of the national legislation of the specified countries for the system of international transfers of football players in the jurisdictions of UEFA and FIFA. It has been established that the system of managing the training of athletes in modern football has a certain specificity, which is determined by the general processes of sports training and competitive activity, theoretical and methodological principles of periodization of the process of multi-year improvement. The basis of the formation of modern technologies and methodical approaches to the effective realization of the sports potential of football players are features that are related to the rules of competitions and regulatory norms, age characteristics of the contingent of athletes, features of the training of athletes for a specific game role, morphometric, qualification, gender and other differences. Taking into account the influence of sports migration processes, this state of affairs leads to the development and formation of unique methodological approaches and technologies of sports training that are appropriate for a specific stage (period), for certain official competitions of national or international levels. In the second chapter, in order to solve the specified problematic situation, the methods of scientific research used are characterized: theoretical analysis, generalization and systematization of these information sources - to determine the influence of global factors of sports migration on the management system of multi-year training of football players and the possibilities of correction of multi-year sports improvement taking into account migration processes in football Pedagogical observation was used to determine the indicators of effectiveness and efficiency of technical and tactical actions in competitions and quantitative values of the level of competitive practice (regional, national, internationa...
