Rushkovskyi M. Determinants of corporate risk management strategies of multinational enterprises in the energy sector

The relevance of the research topic is dictated by the general direction of energy security and independence of Ukraine. At the same time, integration into the EU energy markets involves the implementation of the best global practices of corporate governance and risk management in the activities of national companies. In the course of deepening integration processes in this direction in the energy sector, a glocalization approach to defining corporate risk management strategies is becoming relevant. Genesis of the modem concept of handling the risks ofeconomic activity, the main stages of the conceptualization of risk management in the system of corporate governance of multinational enterprises (MNE), current methods and tools of corporate risk management strategies and the latest global economic determinants that shape the approaches to the formation of such strategies, are reviewed within the framework of the dissertation.
