The dissertation is devoted to the generalization and systematization of the theoretical foundations of the transformation of the world financial architecture and the development of scientific and practical recommendations regarding the directions of reforming the world financial architecture within the framework of the formation of a new holistic scientific concept of the formation of crisis-resistant financial systems. In the first chapter, the conceptual and categorical apparatus was further developed: the approaches to defining the world financial architecture were systematized, among which the interpretation of international organizations, foreign and domestic scientists defining the financial architecture as a set of institutions was highlighted; system of financial regulators; matrix of the world financial system. Based on the conducted research, the author's definition of the concept of world financial architecture is given. A conceptual model of the transformation of the world financial architecture has been created, which serves as a visual representation of the main theoretical base and provides a structured image of the main relationships and dynamics of changes within the framework of the world financial system. In the second chapter, the analytical toolkit of the research is improved. The expanded structure of the modern world financial architecture was formed and its current trends were revealed. It was noted that the modern development of the financial sector is characterized by the growing digitization of financial services and the introduction of technologies into the operational processes of financial intermediaries. Four groups of main determinants of the development of the world financial architecture are defined: internationalization of economic activity; wide implementation of scientific and technical achievements; liberalization of international monetary and credit relations; integration of national money and capital markets; socio-cultural factors and demographic trends contributing to the development of the global financial architecture are highlighted. A methodology for the transformation of the world financial architecture has been formed, with a distinction between the categorical-conceptual and instrumental-model levels. The cornerstone of the instrumental-model level was the proposed methodological-model toolkit, within which a scientific-methodical approach to assessing the development of the financial architecture of national systems was developed. The calculation of the composite index of the development of the financial architecture of the national systems of the OECD countries, China and Ukraine was carried out with the definition of the zone of development of the financial architecture. In the third chapter, it is proposed to assess the level of development of the financial architecture through the lens of financial compliance tools. Investigating the prerequisites for the impact of the implementation of financial compliance tools (through a number of predictors - world indices) on the development of the financial architecture of countries, four clusters of countries were distinguished on the basis of clustering. In the resulting part of the research, it is substantiated that the greatest influence of the level of effectiveness of the use of financial compliance on the composite index of the development of the financial architecture was exerted in the countries of the clusters "Countries with a high level of use of financial compliance" and "Countries with a low level of use of financial compliance", which were characterized, respectively, by the policy of active use of tools financial compliance and finding compliance at the stage of formation. Models of the development of the financial architecture of countries were built depending on the effectiveness of the use of financial compliance tools for four groups of countries. A correlation was made between the goals of sustainable development and fluctuations in the components of the financial architecture. A system of measures to reform the global financial architecture by its components is proposed in order to increase the level of crisis resistance of the country's financial system. A model of crisis resistance of the financial system of the national economy was developed for Ukraine, which, having a high level of reliability, was used to forecast the level of crisis resistance.
