The relevance of the study is due to the fact that modern psychology has covered almost all spheres of human life and professional activity, and the demand for highly professional psychological assistance in modern realities is a very urgent task. Nowadays, team building is of particular relevance - as a system of measures for the formation and development of groups to the level of teams. First of all, we are talking about high productivity and constructive relations between staff. Nowadays, more specific requirements are applied to psychological events held with staff, and the specialists themselves, who offer their services in the psychological sphere, strive to introduce them more qualitatively, which requires the mastery of team-building psychotechnologies.
The purpose of the study is to determine the features of communicative creativity in the system of factors for the development of the psychologist's team-building competence.
The object of the study is the future psychologists’ team-building competence.
The subject of the research constitutes psychological features of communicative creativity as a factor in the development of the future psychologists’ team-building competence.
The practical significance of the research results lies in the development, theoretical justification and effective implementation of the program for the development of the future psychologists’ team-building competence, development of a psychodiagnostic questionnaire to assess its level.
The relevance of the study is due to the fact that the phenomenon of social creativity is now becoming popular in the scientific and practical-oriented use of specialists-psychologists, which is caused by the complication of social interaction, increase of requirements for the productivity of communication, the emergence of an increasing number of problematic social situations, etc. Insufficient level of social abilities’ development, social-adaptation potential, inability to establish relationships with others, establish social interaction and fully integrate into society, that is the cause of numerous personal psychological problems and can interfere to perform professional tasks.
The purpose of the study is to identify the psychological characteristics of social creativity in the structure of future economists’ professional competence.

The scientific novelty of the research results is that: for the first time: the positive influence of social creativity on the formation of economist's professional competence is singled out; socio-creative predictors of future economists' professional competence is identified; was expanded the view on: psychological correlates of future economists' social creativity, revealed in the connections of its qualitative parameters and content components with social qualities of temperament, role competence, dialogicity of communication, emotional intelligence and creativity, social intelligence, verbal and emotional creativity, communicative and organizational tendencies; positive influence of a high level of social creativity and academic success on the formation of future economists' communicative qualities; predictors of future economists' social creativity, in particular: general, intra-personal, interpersonal indicators, indicators of speed, originality, flexibility, development; about the age dynamics of specialists' social abilities in the field of knowledge 05 Social and behavioral sciences through a comparative analysis of indicators of social creativity in different courses and specialties; clarified: the concept of personality's social creativity; received further development: a system of means psychodiagnostics of social creativity through adaptation of the test on the Ukrainian sample; improved: psychodiagnostics of the specialist's professional competence thanks to the creation of a questionnaire for its evaluation by economists; ways and means of developing future economists' social creativity.
