The dissertation focuses on understanding the psychological factors that influence personal social responsibility, specifically attitude and behaviors. It establishes a clear definition of personal social responsibility, including its key components, characteristics, and how it manifests in different situations. The research identifies psychological factors that affect individuals' sense of social responsibility and examines how the characteristics of one's micro-society, particularly within organizations, can impact socially responsible behavior. To achieve these goals, the dissertation undertakes several tasks: it analyzes both theoretical and practical approaches to personal social responsibility within psychology and related fields; it reviews empirical research on the factors influencing personal social responsibility; it constructs an integrative model that outlines these psychological factors; it develops an empirical research framework; and finally, it selects appropriate tools to measure personal social responsibility and its psychological factors, which are then investigated through empirical research.
