Kondratenko M. D. Formation of readiness of future teachers of labor education and technology to organize student exhibition activities. Dissertation for obtaining the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy in specialty 014 Secondary education (by subject specialties). – Poltava V. G. Korolenko National Pedagogical University, Poltava, 2024. The work was performed at the Poltava V. G. Korolenko National Pedagogical University. The defense will be held at the Poltava V. G. Korolenko National Pedagogical University. The dissertation is devoted to the problem of forming the readiness of future teachers of labor education and technology to organize student exhibition activities. The dissertation for the first time theoretically substantiates and experimentally verifies the process of step-by-step formation of the readiness of future teachers of labor training and technologies to organize students' exhibition activities; a model is designed; criteria and indicators are developed, levels of formation of the studied phenomenon are determined; pedagogical conditions for implementing the model are substantiated; the effectiveness of the designed model and pedagogical conditions for its implementation in the professional training of future teachers of labor training and technologies are experimentally verified; the theoretical foundations of the formation of the readiness of future teachers of labor training and technologies to organize students' exhibition activities in a pedagogical higher educational institution are revealed and the features of organizing exhibition activities in the content and structure of professional and pedagogical training are revealed; its scientific and methodological support is developed and implemented; the functions and structural components of exhibition activities are specified; the content of the key concepts of the study, the content and structure of the readiness of future teachers of labor training and technologies to organize students' exhibition activities; further development has gained a scientific and pedagogical understanding of the essence of the readiness of future teachers of labor training and technologies to organize students' exhibition activities; methodological features of forming the readiness of future teachers of labor training and technologies to organize students' exhibition activities; the tasks, content, methods, forms of organization and means of forming the readiness of future teachers of labor training and technologies to organize students' exhibition activities in pedagogical higher education institutions have been improved. The practical significance of the dissertation work is determined by the introduction into the educational process of pedagogical higher education institutions: the designed model and pedagogical conditions for the formation of the readiness of future teachers of labor education and technology for the organization of student exhibition activities; the author's educational and methodological support in the form of a curriculum of the content module training for holders of the educational degree "bachelor" in the specialty 014.10 Secondary education (Labor training and technologies), methodological recommendations; developed diagnostic tools to detect the formation of the readiness of this species. In the introduction, the relevance of the investigated problem is defined, the purpose of the research, its tasks, object, subject and methods are disclosed, the scientific novelty and practical significance of the research are substantiated, the results of the approbation and the personal contribution of the dissertation student to the obtained results of the dissertation work are presented, its scope and structure are described. In the first chapter the structure and content of the key concepts of the study. The theoretical foundations of the formation of the readiness of future teachers of labor education and technology for the organization of exhibition activity of students in a pedagogical institution of higher education were considered, and the analysis of the organization of exhibition activity in the content and structure of professional and pedagogical training was carried out. In the second chapter the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the readiness of future teachers of labor education and technology to organize the exhibition activity of students are considered and a model for the formation of students' readiness for this is substantiated and developed species In the third chapter of the dissertation of the planning and organization of the pedagogical experiment is given, the model of the formation of the readiness of future teachers of labor education and technology to organize the exhibition activity of students is tested, and the dynamics of changes in the during the pedagogical experiment are tracked.
