Xy C. Formation of creative competence of future musical art teachers on the basis of a functional systems approach

The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate, develop and experimentally verify the methodology for forming creative competence in future teachers of music based on the functional-system approach.The scientific novelty lies in the fact that for the first time: a solution to the problem of forming creative competence in future teachers of music art has been proposed on the basis of a functional-system approach; the essence and structure of the phenomenon under study in the unity of personal-motivational, cognitive-creative, methodological-gnostic, creative-resultant components have been determined; the scientific support of this process has been substantiated taking into account the leading guidelines of scientific approaches - functional-system, competence, personality-oriented, integration, technological, innovative; methodological principles have been determined: system-coordinated involvement of applicants in various types of independent work, taking into account the multi-vector nature of the creative activity of future teachers of music art; the praxeological orientation of interdisciplinary coordination of creative tasks; the principle of establishing pedagogical interaction as a source of creative inspiration and search-creative activity on the basis of facilitative support for the realization of the creative potential of applicants; interdisciplinary coordination for the formation of generalized artistic knowledge, musical-performing and creative skills; encouragement for innovative-informative and productive-creative self-improvement; introduction of a complex of ICT and specialized music programs in order to enrich the creative capabilities of future teachers of music; complementarity of tasks of algorithmic-technological and intuitive-spontaneous direction; substantiated pedagogical conditions for the formation of creative competence of future teachers of music on the basis of a functional-system approach, namely - the creation of an innovative educational environment conducive to mastering the ability of future teachers of music to creatively solve a complex of functional tasks; encouragement for active and constant improvement of their musical and pedagogical-creative activities; ensuring an individual vector of extrapolation of acquired creative skills into the process of educational-approbation and pedagogical practice. The methodology for training future teachers of music to form rhythmic and vocal improvisation skills in schoolchildren has been clarified. The methodology for forming the ability of future teachers of music to competent multifunctional creative activity in the process of involving modern schoolchildren in music has been further developed. The practical significance of the research results lies in the development of a diagnostic methodology for identifying the levels of formation of creative competence in future teachers of music, the use of developed methods and technologies for the formation of the phenomenon under study on the basis of a functional-system approach in music-pedagogical institutions of various educational levels, in the system of advanced training and professional self-improvement. Certain methods and technologies can be used in extracurricular and extracurricular work of teachers of music.
