Holovchuk Y. The phenomenon of responsible politics in the context of the development of territorial communities in the conditions of the Russian Federation’s aggression against Ukraine.

The object of the study is the phenomenon of responsible politics as a key management approach that ensures the efficiency, transparency and sustainability of territorial communities, its principles, implementation mechanisms and impact on the development of communities in the conditions of Russian aggression. The purpose of the study is to reveal the phenomenon of responsible politics in the conditions of modern challenges, in particular Russian aggression, and determine its role in the development of territorial communities of Ukraine. The study is aimed at theoretically understanding the principles of responsible politics, analyzing its practical application in the management of territorial communities, as well as developing recommendations for increasing the efficiency of governance at the local level in crisis situations. Research methods. The methodology of this study is based on a systemic approach, which allows us to consider the phenomenon of responsible politics as a multidimensional phenomenon integrated into the interaction between authorities, citizens and other subjects of socio-political relations. The complexity and multifaceted nature of the subject of the dissertation research on the phenomenon of responsible politics in the context of the development of territorial communities in the context of the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine necessitates the use of a multidisciplinary approach. This is due to the fact that the phenomenon of responsible politics encompasses political, legal, socio-economic, ethical and security aspects, and also requires a comprehensive analysis of the mechanisms of interaction between state and local authorities, civil society and international partners in crisis conditions. The scientific novelty of the results of the dissertation research lies in the comprehensive analysis of aspects of the implementation of local government functions in the context of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine based on the study of the principles and models of the use of responsible politics. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in the fact that the provisions, arguments and conclusions of the dissertation can be used by specialists who study the development of a national model of local government, which is developing in the context of armed aggression.
