The dissertation is devoted to problems of the philosophical-sociological analysis of a role both place of tradition in conditions of social transformation. In work the concept of shaping both operation invariat and novation of tradition in so- ciocultural space is stated, the structure of tradition, for a reflection of process sedimentation of tradition is offered, fixings in it most stable the concept sociocultural of matrix of tradition is offered. By components sociocultural of matrix of tradition can act: ideologema of tradition, ceremony, resisted temporary communications and attitudes between the agents of tradition, instance of tradition, which order activity and attitudes of the agents of tradition. The components of a matrix in many re- spects repeat a structure of the tradition, but the field of a possible deviation for datas component becomes more limited.
