3. Object of a research is social and territorial complex (STC) Ternopil. The systems analysis STC Ternopil is conducted, the correlation's between its subcomplexes are re-vealed. The territorial organization of STC of the city is investigated and the paths of design reforming of components of city are outlined. During a research the following methods and approaches were used: system, sta-tistical, historical and geographical, rather - geo-graphical and cartographical, public division into districts, graphic and mathematical modeling and others.
