Essay

This dissertation deals with communicative abilities formation at students of higher technical schools. It was found out that notion "communicative abilities" is equivalent to "communication" notion, two-leveled structure of communicative abilities. Were proposed pedagogical condition of teaching process organization, criteria and levels of their components being formed. Goal results of investigation were found their practical application in teaching foreign language at technical faculties.
