Object of invertigation: birds, youngsters. Aim of invertigation: to study the effect of bee pollen and the preparation on its base "BISTIM" on general resistance of animals, methods of effective use of the above preparations to control and cure gastro-intestinal daseases of youngsters. Methods: morfological, biochemical, immunological, bacteriological, histological. Theoretical and practical results; immuno-stimulating preparation "BISTIM' on the basis of bee pollen was developed and was appraved by TD of Ukraine. It has been proposed to use bee pollen and 'BISTIM' in veterinary medicine for prophylaxis and treatment of gastro-intestinal diseases of youngsters as well as for immuno-stimulation of the body when vaccinating neew-born calves
