Smuglov Y. Systemic-regional proteolysis and humoral factors of protetion in estimatig prognosis of course and peculiarities of pathogenetic therapy in pneumonia

Research subjects: 168 patients with different variants of the pneumonia. Research objectives: the improvement of diagnosis and the rising of effectiveness of treatment of different variants of the pneumonia course on the basis of definition of the changes of proteinases, their inhibitors and humoral factors of protetion in systemic blood flow and on the regional level. Methods: methods of investigation of patients with lung diseases; statistic methods. Theoretical and practical results: it was established the role systemic-regional proteolysis and humoral factors of protetion in pathogenesis of different variants of the pneumonia course; it was grounded the effectiveness of thiotriazoline in patients of the pneumonia. Novelty of introduced: it was worked out the laboratory diagnostic criteria of prognosis of lingering and complicated forms of pneumonia; there was proposed the way of correcting antiproteinase potential in patients with pneumonia, consisting in applying thiotriazoline.
