Object of research: persistent bronchial asthma (BA); goal - development of ways to increase the effectiveness of the application of moderate severity, which do not achieve complete control of symptoms on the basis of basic therapy with a fixed combination of low daily dose of ICS with long-acting beta-2-agonists (BATD) based on the study of significant efficacy of research methods: questionnaires, anthropometric, general clinical, laboratory, instrumental, statistical; news: in the case of moderate asthma, which do not achieve control of symptoms on the basis of basic therapy with a fixed combination of ICS in a low daily dose with BATD, a certain frequency of genotypes and alleles of the polymorphic marker -444C gene; carriers of the C / C genotype and the C allele have supplemented scientific data on religions with a higher risk of developing asthma; expanded understanding of the associations of genotypes of the polymorphic marker -444C of the LTC4S gene with the risk of concomitant pathology; probable precursors for the control of asthma symptoms have been established, which have a high estimate of the cost of predicting efficacy for recognizing the various basic therapy regimens proposed to improve treatment efficacy by predictive therapy from other regimens using externally significant determined determinants and appropriate follow-up therapy systems in each case.
