Moskalenko V. Structural and functional properties of erytrocytes in healthy and anemic calves and their changes at treatment

The sulject of investigation: the calves with the signs of antenatal hipothrofhia and healthy ones The purpose of investigation: to study the clinical condition and nonspecific resistency of calves and conduct their correction with the help of "BAI-1". Methods: clinical, morphological, morfo-metrical histological. Theoretical and practical results: forthe first time there were studied cell and humoral einwnity in calves with antenatal hipothrophia. It wares possble to more sophisticated wethods of replacing and imunostimulative therapy for imunofficincy condition and gastrointestinal discases of new-born calves. Novelty of nowintroduced: the necessity of using the drugs withe replacing action (specific serums and imunoglobulins) in order to save the calves with signs of antenatal hipothrophia. The stage of introduction: the using of methods of replacing and imunomodulative therapy for prevention and treatunent of imunodeficiency and gastrointestinal diseasts in newborn calves. The results were used inm ethodical recommendation "Oispanserisa tion of cattle".That were cepproved by waim administration of veterinary medicine in Ukraine with Ukraine veterinari inspection (12.19. 1996, protocol №4а).
