The object of the investigation is the occupational policy of the fascist invaders in the temporarily occupated Easten territories during the period of the Great Patriotic Wor. The subject of the investigation is the fascist occupational regime, fixed by fascist Germany and its satellites on the occupied territory of the Donbass-region, as a military-police, maintenance system of means and methods of occupational police realization. The aim of the investigation is to investigate the questions of the establishment of the fascist occupational regime in the Donbass region and its peculiarities there, the attempts of its practical realizations in the sphere of politics, economy, culture and education. The scientific novelty. At the first time the fascist occupational regime in the Donbass-region became the object of an independent investigation. It was made an attempt to throw light upon the questions of establishment and functioning of occupational regime in the region, on the basis of the analysis of the different sources. At was accomplished a careful analysis of its different sides, namely, its demonstrations in the spheres of politics, economy, education and culture.
