There is a research of public relations system in nowadays society. The subject of this research is an influence of objective and subjective factors on the process of formation of social and ecological relations. Aim of the research is grounds of expediency to distinguish social and ecological relations as a separate ones. There are proposed a new concept model of public relations system, worded author's definitions of social and ecological relations, ecological activities, culture and consciousness in this work that allow to up-date scientific definitions and categories regarding studied problem.
