Tyuptya O. Forming of psychological readiness to socionomic professional activity (on the example of speciality "social pedagogue").

The dissertation contains theoretical and empirical investigation of psychologhical readiness to socionomic professional activity problem on the example of specality "social pedagogue". The structural model of psychological readiness was elaborated. It contains such equivalent mutually correlated components as understanding, influence, responsibility, help, selfactualization, striving and interest for the people. According to proposed model the complex of psychodiagnostic methodics, indicators and criterions of readiness level definition was selected. Numbers of social-psychological technologies of development and correction of existing psychological readiness level and its structural parameters were worked out and approved.
