Об'єкт дослідження - the process of psychological adaptation of young workers to operative official activity in subdivisions. Мета дослідження - systematic-functional analyses of adaptation of cadets of Higher Educational Institutions of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and young workers of the organs Internal Affairs to the activity of the subdivisions of the Criminal Militia and basis of the ways of its optimization and perfection. Методи дослідження та апаратура - analysis of a documentation, interviewing, standardised conversations, observation, estimations of experts, experiment. Теоретичні результати і новизна - the list of the factors and conditions is reviled, which provide effectiveness of passing of separate stages of the process of adaptation of mastering by the cadets and young workers the peculiarities of the activity of subdivisions of Criminal Militia; in accordance with criterions which were worked out, the estimations of effectiveness in achievement by cadets and young workers of the organs Internal Affairs definite levels and stages of adaptation is being carried out, the estimations of the activity of the subjects adaptational process is also being carried out which are headed by the leaders of subdivisions, instructors militia's collective bodies. Практичні результати і новизна - mehtodical set of instruments and mehtodical recommendations concerning the diagnostics of levels of the process of adaptation of cadets and young workers the administrations of psychological adaptation to operative official activity in a Higher Educational Institution and in subdivisions, in correction of shortcoming and difficulties, while mastering by future workers the skills and abilities for solving their professional tasks. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - realisation of the method of adaptation's administration of young workers in Higher Educational Institutions of Ministry of Internal Affairs and in regional subdivisions of the Criminal Militia.
