The thesis is devoted to the scientific experiments for obtaining medical gels with the polimethylsilocsan vechicle, as enterosorbent "Enterosgel" (EG). An optimal composition and a technology of three medical gels have been worked out: "Adaptogel" - adaptogenical and stimulating preparate; "Batoxidin" - preparate for treating of septic wounds and burnes, infected Staphylococus auresus; "Chlodixan" - antimicrobiological preparate to be used in stomatological practice. The elastic, plastic, viscose properties of EG have been studied as well as structure-mechanical characteristics.
