Chykurkova A. Market forming of labour power and its cost in agrarian sector of the region.

The object of the research: rural people, collective farm enterprises in Khmelnitsky region. The goal of the research: the scientific groundings of the theory and practice in the forming labour power market and its costs under the new conditions of economy in the countryside, as well as the elaboration and foundation of the mechanism of effective labour power application in agrarian sector of labour surpluses regions and some recommendations on improving the level of labour remuneration in farm production. Methods: of statistical grouppings and correlation's, of mathematical analysis and modeling. Theoretical and practical results: there was given a theoretical summarizing of aspects informing labour power market and its costs in agrarian sector with the help of me thuds of economical and mathematical modeling there were elaborated the principal methodic approaches and there was carried out the forecasting labour power supply of the countryside in the regions with 2005-2010 ha; as well as there was el aborated the model of the mechanism in effective application of labour power in the farming in labour surplus regions; there were suggested the measures on raising the labour remuneration level of the agricultural workers. The novelty of newly invented: for the first time there was conducted the complex research of the problems in forming the labour power market and its costs in the regional scale; there were elaborated the methodic approaches to forecasting in labour power supply in farming and there was grounded the mechanism of improving the efficiency of labour power application in labour surplus regions of agriculture and the level of labour remuneration of its workers. The degree of implementation: the scientific researches of reports that were given to the Ministry of AIC of Ukraine and Khmelnitsky Regional Board of State Statistics. The suggestions on improving the efficiency of labour power application were practically introduced OOO "Niva" Dunayevtsy district, Khmelnitsky region. Efficiency: will fa vor tovaising the efficiency of labour power application in agrarian sector in labour surplus region and the level of labour remuneration of agricultural workers; to stability in condition of labour power market.
