The objective of the thesis is studying of the especially of the thyroid structure after different dose laser and x-ray radiation. Amond the methods used were anatomical, histological, morphological and techniques of transmission electron microscopy. There is established, that the modifications of the rats thyroid after laser and x-ray radiations happen on all level of organization. The expressiveness and the direction of the changes of the thyroid gland depend on the special radiation, dose and on the action durance, and the time after the influence. There discover reveal stimulative effect on the thyroid gland. There istablished also thot seanses lasertherapy of the rats of mature age decrease unfavourable effect radiation on the thyroid gland.
