Essay

Dissertation is devoted to studies of immunal and endocrinal indexes of patients with myasthenia v.s. clinical form of disease, thymus gland morphology, analysis of plasmapheres efficiency for patients after thymectomy with secondary appearance of myasthenic disorders. It is stated, that therapeutical treatment with plasmapheres of pftients after ineffective thymecthomy leads to improvement in myasthenical diseases and positively affecte the immunal indexes.
