Essay

The master's thesis deals with carving in the housing interior of some ethnic groups of the Ukrainian Carpatіhians and Prycarpatihians. It consists of the material, describing some objects of wood architecture, furniture, which wasn't the point of exploration. It gives the information about the history of carving, the methord of producing some articles, goods; the development of national and professional types of carving, their influence on the interior's style and furniture. Great attention is paid to the applying of the folk carving traditions in professional art designs and pedagogical practice.
