The thesis is dedicated to a complex consideration of state motivation problem of industrial worker labour in Ukraine in the period of "communist storm " (1929-1933 years) and economy stabilizing realization (1934-1938 years). Methods: comparative-and-historical, statistical, problem-and-chronological. The mechanisms of the totalitarian authority application of different labour stimuli, including material stimuli, including material stimulation and moral encouragement of workers, their consiousness ideological influence, socialist competitions and stakhanov movement, repressions as compulsion to work, are analysed.
