Dissertation research deals with the problem of training teachers for converting the principles of dialogizing the teachers procedure in to reality. The approaches, ideas, principles, categories and concepts of dialogization are analyzed. Methodological principles of dialogization the teaching procedure and the conception of establishing the didactic system on the base of dialogic approach are presented. A concrete didactic-dialogical model (DDM) of in-service training for establishing "dialogic space" of educational procedure. The latter envisages professional activity of a teacher on dialogizing the subject matter of education and subjects: dialogizing the cognitive development through organizing the system of problem-dialogic teaching: organizing dialogic interaction as a psycho-emotional condition and means of forming "dialogic groups"; forming skills of critical reflection as an inner dialogue for self-perfection and self-development of a humane personality. General and specific functions and the principles of functioning DDM are described, the author's programme, the long-term plan and the didactic support of the course are offered. The monitoring for estimating efficiency of the experimental model as well as parameters and criteria for its evaluation are developed. Advisability of training on the base of DDM for raising the level of teachers theoretical and practical knowledge.
