The dissertation is about development of science substantiated energy-saving, technologies of ethyl alcohol rectification. The Thechnologies for production of ethyl alcohol rectified with low content of alcohol and bear rectification with elements under vacuum and heat recuperation; dependence of reflux ratio of rectify column from different factors by count of hydraulic resistance of plates and its optimum work pressure have been developed and adoption in industry. The data abount economic effectiveness of developed technologies have made. Key words: ethyl alcohol rectified, rectification, mathematical simulate, energy balance, thermodynamic analysis.
