The thesis is devoted to development of diagnostic methods and criterions of a choice of treatment patients with juvenilia uterus bleedings. For execution of an object in view we inspected 227 girl - teenagers from 10 till 18 years of age sick with juvenilia uterus bleedings. The check group included 88 healthy girls of the same age. The functional status of the hypophysis-ovarian system is characte- rized by a high level of estrogen secretion or durable effect of insignificant levels of estrogens (relative hyperestrogenemia), that is accompanied by increased level of FSH and by monotonously low LH secretion indexes at all patients with juvenilia uterus bleedings. Represented data about the sizes of a body uterus and ovaries at the healthy girls in age aspect and at the patients with juvenilia uterus blee-dings on USD data. The follicular device at the patients is characterized by availability of large persistent follicles in 39,7 % of cases, small-sized atretic follicles in 34,7 % of cases and average atretic follicles in 25,6 % of cases. The correlation analysis of the follicular size in ovaries and hormonal level in blood is conducted. The patients received symptomatic or hormonal therapy according to clinical current of disease, hormonal status, state of endometrium and ova-rian follicles on USD data. The differentiated approach to rehabilitation of reproductive health of the girl-teenagers, sick JUB has allowed to increase efficiency of treatment and to reduce an amount of relapses.
