Essay

The genetic basis of interection in the system wheat - leaf rust was investigated. The races structure of the local pathogen population was identified. Virulent genotypes of races were investigated. It was detected that blocks of components of gliadin encoding loci and the loci of alfa and beta amylases could be used as markers of the resistence genes to the leaf rust. It was showed possibility of use of the specific proteins of vegetative part of the plant as biochemical markers of resistance of wheat.
