The dissertation is devoted to the question on improvement the crude juice and liquoring yellow sugar purification technology with view clearance effect rise of. In dissertation developed an effective clearance method of crude juice, which is bottomed on previous simultaneous finishing of crude juice by steam and sediment of ІІ saturation juice, and clearance method of crude juice, which provides for previous handling of crude juice by steam and resaturation by ІІ juice suspension saturation. Is also handled liquoring clearance method of yellow sugar with use of mixture activated by lime milk and unactivated sediment of ІІ saturation juice and NH4H2PO4. The Methods provide a clearance effect rise. The basic inquiring results are inculcated on Olexiyivsky, Kagarlitsky sugar-plants. The positive results about the methods effectiveness in production are given. Key words: crude juice, clearance, steam, activated ІІ saturation juice sediment, suspension.
