Thesis examines the problems of conceptional anticipation and readiness for the extreme situations. It is proved that extreme situatins are the unity of objective and subjective, natural and social, and that their danger is retroactive dependence on the readiness degree to them. In the readiness structure for the extreme situations, the conceptional readiness is singled out together with the phychological, organized-administrative and material technical readiness.
