Thesis is devoted to the problem of students preparation of Higher Educational Establish ments and aimed at determination, support and development of gifted junior pupils.As the result of research optimal pedagogical conditions were worked out. They are directed at the effective preparation of future teachers who will work with gifted children.In the research work structural types and peculiarities of junior gifted children determination were characterized. The following criteria point out to the equal possibilities of future teachers to work with gifted pupils.
