Essay

The dissertation deals with the improvement of the healthy way of life formation of the junior pupils, who live in the areas of higher radiation activity. The goal of the investigation is theoretical substantiating and experimental testing the effectiveness of the healthy way of life formation methodology and its influence on the level of the juniors’ health under the conditions of higher radiation. The following tasks of the investigation have been done: to determine the juniors’ level of physical development, functional capabilities, physical readiness and activity; to define the juniors and their parents’ proficiency in leading the healthy way of life; to ground the methodology that helps the juniors, who live in the areas of higher radiation activity, to lead the healthy way of life.
