Kovalenko S. . The evaluation of managing efficiency of institutional transformations (on the data for Republic of Moldova)

In the thesis there have been proposed some approaches to the solution of contradictions appearing in the course of the formation of corporativism. The role of state regulation of corporative structures was examined. A model was proved and tested of efficiency evaluation of management activity on the criteria of manager's contract. The problem of management activity efficiency, special forms of management organization in the transition economy of Moldova - markets, hierarchies and their varieties - were examined from the point of view of contractual relationship. There were investigated the essence and peculiarities of recombinant property, problems of motivation of managers work. A series of methods to produce manager's contracts were proposed. Recommendations were made to optimize the transaction losses one of the basic criteria of efficiency of institutional transformations management in Moldova.
