Materials of investigation are 20 kidneys, 20 livers and 20 spleens of humans without any vital pathology in them. The aim of investigation - to take new data about quantitative structure peculiarities of intraorganal arterial beds of investigated paranhimatous organs. Methods of investigation: anatomical, corrosive, morphometric, statistic and method of mathematical modeling. The leading meaning of arterial diameter and length in determination of vessels division law was established. It was proved, branching of arteries happens more through the division of largest daughter's branch. When its diameter increase and the length decrease the leaving branch quantity is incrteasing.Regularities of arterial parameters changes as division level increase were investigated. On the mathemetical model base conclusions about investigated organs blood supply adequate was made. Results of work were inculcated in learning process on 15 morphologic departments of higher education institutions of Ukraine and can be used in making endovascular and organ-gaurding operations
