Misinkevych L. National minorities on Podolie in 20-30-s., XX century.

The Dissertation is devoted to the analysis of the state policy con-cerning numerous Polish and Jewish national minorities which inhabited Podolie region in 20-30-s. of this century. The Dissertation analyses forms and methods of work of municipal organs of political management and executive power; it also examines achievements, miscalculations and insufficiency that took place in the process of economic, ethnocultural development of the region. Special attention is given to the main stages of realisation of economic, social and cultural needs of national minorities. The feedback process is being shown in the manuscript too; deminution of policy of indigenisation among national minorities of the 30-s. Great attention is given to the process of adminis-trative reorganisation that took place during the formation of national Councils and educational - cultural establishments. Consequences and after-effects have been alalysed alongside with increasing political repressions to some extent classified as figh ting against "nationalism" amidst national minorities. There was a list of documents - resolutions, regulations, instructions of party and state bodies making the mechanism for carrying out this work. The result of mass deportations and repressions among the national Podolie minorities has been shown in the manuscript also.
