Essay

The thesis deals with the issues of the theoretical and practical creation of the regional pedagogical systems aiming to develop creative talents in schoolchildren. The model of the regional pedagogical system has been set up. Both the determining factors of the effectiveness of the aforesaid system and its controlling model have been identified and experimentally tested. Such concepts as "creative talent", "system", "interaction" have undergone a scientific reasoning. The aim, contents and characteristic of a regional (provincial) pedagogical system have been determined.
