The questions of the development and formation of the topography of the fourth ventricle during the pre-natal period of human ontogenesis and in the newborns have been considered in the thesis. The time and the sоurces of the foundation of the fourth ventricle have been specified. The dynamics of the changing of their shapes, sizes, features of a structure vascular plexus. The correlative correlation's of the fourth ventricle with the opposite structures and the morphological preconditions of the appearance of some of their born defects have been displayed.
